Issue with Adobe Stock Subscription Access.

Hello,

I have a subscription to Adobe Stock and I'm logged in to my account. I'm trying to download a photo I need, but it still says "purchase license". This happens more often — I’m logged in correctly, yet I still have to pay extra for a photo or vector. It's frustrating, because now I can't continue working.

Here is proof that I have an active membership. It's in Dutch, but I honestly don't feel like translating it anymore:

Please tell me how to fix this issue.

Thanks

Frans

Hello, I see that you have credits available in your profile. Could you share the file id of the asset you are trying to license. If the file is a standard asset , you should be able to license with these credits available. I can check it if you could share the file id.

Do you still have credits available? You know that when you have used your 25 credits (respectively, all the rolled over credits) that you will need to pay for additional assets?
