issue with downloading ai file

Hi I liscened for a file that when I download the JPEg is fine but the ai/eps file is pixelated and useless (it doesnt have layers or anyhting). I'd need either the ai/eps file fixed or the liscence back. Unless somehow its me but I havnt had this issue with any other asset liscences.
