Issues downloading an image from Adobe Stock

I cannot download an image from adobe stock - this has never happened before and I've been using it for years.

I've tried all the basic fixes - different network/different computer/logging out and logging back in/clearing cache and nothing seems to work.

I have licensed an image but it will not let me download it? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? It shows "re-download" but I never downloaded it and when I try to nothing helps.

This is the specific image I'm trying to download.

My other licensed images work just fine, but when I try to download th is one I get this error (when downloading from the license history dashboard):

Any help is greatly appreciated as there's a deadline that is creeping up!
