Keep getting charged!

Hi! I have a free adobe cloud account! For over a year, if not more, I've been charged $29.99 for Adobe Stock. I have no idea how / why this is happening. My account doesn't have a card connected to it. I'm worried it's charging a different account, but I don't have those credentials anymore (as it would've been a college email).  

Please if someone could help this is so frustrating.

Hi @Grace376841341uwm , I can confirm that I don't see any adobe stock subscription tagged to this email id. If possible could you share the old(college) email id through private message with me . I can lookup and check to see if there are any active stock subscriptions tagged to that email . Thanks.
