License Mishap Template a JPEG not Editable File

Hello I used 33 credits to license a template that only downloaded as a JPEG. Can i get a refund? I used (1) credit for a standard license bu thte calendar template came in a JPEG i then used (32) credit for extend license and the same thing happened it was only a JPEG.

Why did you licence the calendar as an extended licence then? If it is erronous as a standard licence, it will stay erronous. What is the asset ID? What are the available file format information from the stock web site?

 I am new to using Adobe Stock which is why this error was made and why i asked for a refund of credits.  I was under the impression that maybe the license may have provided a different file type. I don't understand why the "template" would be availabel as a JPEG, I am not fully aware of what to look for as I am now getting help from a colleague on how to correctly use this platform. The asset ID is 530290096 and I now see they only have it available as a JPEG not indesign, photoshop or illustrator as I would have hoped.

You are correct. The asset is completly unusable as this. @Contributor1 will take over now. I hope that he will refund all of your credits.

 

And no, the different licences are for different use cases. The asset is always the same.
