Licensed one premium photo by mistake.

Hi,

 

I have licensed 1 premium images by mistake. Could you please undo it? I won't be using it.

 

The photo image number is 244030975.

 

I share the credits with my whole team. So this is troublesome. Thank you.

I've granted you 360 plan credits to replace those used when you licensed this premium asset. Please remove the premium asset from any local drives or libraries.

Are you certain that is the right asset ID number? I can't find this file on our site. Please double check the number and share here and I'll see what we can do.

It's not undoable, once licenced. You got, however, asked, if you really want to licence that asset, and you did answer affirmatively. Now, there may be a faint chance to get a refund, by asking an administrator of your teams subscription to contact Adobe customer care. The forum here can't help.
