Misleading title of a JPEG image that was advertised as Vector image

I purchased a stock image with one of my credits but it was clearly advertised as a vector file and was in reality a JPEG.
This is the id : 519668788
I've downloaded other assets from this artist and they were all Illustrator vector files so this was clearly misleading.
The description says : Transport icon set with editable stroke and white background. Thin line style of bus, car, truck and train stock vector.
What can I do?
