My files have disappeared and my library shows empty

Hi, my library suddenly shows as empty. All of my previously downloaded files are gone, as if I've never downloaded anything. Adobe shows me options to upgrade, but I already have a paid account. What happened to my files?

I am now. Apparently I had accidentally signed in with a different Google account and didn't realize because it showed my name as always and everything looked the same. Thank you for your help.

Are you sure that you are signed in the correct Adobe ID?

I've signed out and back in and my library is still missing a ton of files. As to my plan, as far as I know, it's still active. I was billed last month like usual. However, I went to Plans and it's suddenly showing the "Select" button, as if I don't have a plan, which wasn't the case before. Now I'm even more confused.

The plan is still active and you are signed in into the correct Adobe ID?

Sign out and sign in again.
