Hello, I used a plan credit for a stock file that was listed as vector, but is not. The file number is 2003840624. Is there are more efficient way to report files that are not as described and can I get that credit refunded?

I’ve come across the same issue. I downloaded a stock asset listed as vector, but only got a low-resolution raster file. AdobeStock_2017331190.
