No subscription but Adobe is charging

I purchased an annual subscription last year, and recently received an email stating that it will automatically renew with monthly charges unless I cancel. However, despite trying to cancel for months, the system doesn’t even show that I have an active subscription.

There is no accessible way to cancel - emails to support bounce back because the mailbox is full, and the chatbot is unhelpful, refusing to connect me with an agent since it claims I don’t have an active account linked to my email. This situation feels like a scam, as I am being charged without any clear way to stop the subscription or reach proper support.
