Not able to download assets from the stock

I am writing to report a persistent issue with downloading images. Whenever I attempt to download, I receive the following error message: “We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.”

Our account currently has an unlimited image stock quota. My team lead previously reached out to support and was advised to sign out and sign back in; however, this did not resolve the problem.

Could you please investigate this further and provide a permanent solution?
