Not succeeding to cancel my plan

Hello, I am not succeeding to cancel my plan, I keep receiving error messages for 5 days. I've sent an email to adobe support ([Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers])  - and haven't receive any responce.

It seems a very strange situation, I didn't expect this from such a big company.

Does someone know what to do in this case?

Do they have another email?

Try a different browser.

Try on a different computer or try using your phone. 

Try using a different network (home, work, cell).

 

If the page can't be loaded, the issue is probably outside of the Adobe reach.

 

Adobe support can't be reached by e-mail.

 

Use the chat icon, as suggested by @yamato713108855 : 

Type agent, if you do not get connected to an agent after the initial questions. And keep it simple as long as you talk to the chatbot. Short and pricise answers to the questions are working best.
