"Page Not Found" Error when I click on any Image

So all of a sudden, I'm not able to browse any image. Search doesn't work and neither does directly clicking on any image on the home screen. It throws the same error which says "Page not Found" (Attached).

Now this is only if I'm logged in. If I'm not logged in an browse as a guest this error does not show up.

So, I connected on Chat with Support but none of the below worked.

1. Clearing Cache / Cookies on Browser and Logging in again to Adobe Stock.

2. Trying on another browser (un-used i.e. where Adobe Stock as not been logged in)

3. Trying on another computer (un-used i.e. where Adobe Stock has not been logged in)

None of them worked. But all of a sudden it did work and I was able to download an image. But a minute later same issue persists. Cannot access library as well. After this entire conversation the support staff said that it could be a "back-end" issue and I requested them to escalate.

My fundamental concern is that I have some credits left from my month's quota which won't roll over as it's the 750 plan. And I'm close to my month end when the next auto-debit happens.

So two questions.

1. How to fix this back-end error? (if it is).

2. What happens if this error persists and I lose my remaining credits? Can they be re-instated and by whom?

Apologies for the inconvenience. Adobe Stock experienced an outage over the long weekend, but it should now be resolved. Please let me know if you're still seeing the issue, and our engineers will take a look.

Same issue. Can search and use the site as long as I am not logged in. Once I log in, all I get is 500 errors back from stock.adobe.com.

It worked for me for a bit too for a couple of time actually, then again it's gone. It works when I download an image or video or two after a while and then again, its back to square one.

I have the exact same symptoms. Support told me the same solution, but it didn't work. I was even told a lie that other people had resolved it this way.
