Paid motion graphics template not working in adobe premier.

I am having an issue when trying to select premium graphics templates inside of premier pro version 26.0 When going to the graphics templates window and choosing adobe stock then dragging a premium template into the sequence I am given the error below. The free templates work normally. The motion graphics template media folder also gets updated when a new free template is added however this is not the case with premium templates. I am able to download the templates from the adobe stock website and manually upload them but it will not work inside of premier when dragging and dropping from the window.
