Plan includes unlimited stock downloads - but only see buy button

Hi Adobe. I have umlimited stock images downloads via my company plan and up until this morning, all the license buttons have changed to buy buttons. I've confirmed that I still have the unlimited stock download plan. I've tried logging in/out. Help!

Hours later and it fixed itself.

I doubt that it “fixed itself”. But there may be many issues that would trigger this. My first guess would be to be signed in at the wrong level of the account (private vs company).

Seems it was a bug. Hours later and it fixed itself. My account suddenly has unlimited downloads again. Next time this happens, I know just to be patient.

    @longt98863890 Yes you should still have unlimited plan. What do you see on your profile? What asset are you trying to download? Send me screenshot of your profile (clicking avater), and the assset number you are trying to download. 

    If you don't feel comfortable sending private message here, please contact customer support to have a ticket filed.

    You should check older posts on that. It seems that from time to time there is an issue with the account. Can your colleagues still licence assets?
