Poor image quality adobe stock download

I purchased a license for the image: "Children around the earth high Generative AI." Asset ID: 625319593. The image was very poor quality, roughly the same as the (lowres) preview.

This download is unusable. Is there a better (crisper, sharper) version available?

Hello @stephenv22717392, I see the issue you're referencing and I've refunded your credit. I'm sorry but we don't have a better version available. I'll send these details to be reviewed internally. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the image.

    Lovely girl:

@Contributor1 will take care of this. I'll move this to the bugs section.
