Purchased this file 1026822240 as a PNG file but when put it in my artwork it shows part of the snomen are missing their faces and part of the actual body.  Can't see this in the preview but when you put it against a color background it is very obvious.  Wasted one of my plan credits for this.

Hello @Gankie, I've added a credit back to your account. I'll send these details to be reviewed internally. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the PNG.

You see it even in the preview.

But as a customer, you should be assured that any asset you can license has been vetted and is OK. Obviously, here, the moderation has miserably failed. And the contributor too, as these are no small errors that could slip through.

Checking other assets from the same author also bring this same kinds of errors to light:

So I would suggest that @Contributor1 gets the whole account checked, at least those assets with transparency.

They are REALLY CUTE but was disappointed they were all missing parts of the image.

Interesting, though. The contributor obviously took the time to copy the same scarf on each snowman, so I'm not sure how they could have overlooked it during the process.

@Contributor1 can take a look. The little guy on the right for sure.
