Poor Quality Image on Adobe Stock | #668419023 | Children of diverse backgrounds By Lucija

Hi Team,

I recently downloaded an image on the topic of "World Peace" and found this image I could use.

But then after downloading a high-resolution image, when I looked into the details-

1) I saw big flaws in the image such as every child in the image 6 fingers on their hands.

2) Further upon zooming one of the hands has fingertips that are incomplete.

3) One of the face at the bottom of the image has the eyebrows upside down.

Who is approving these poor quality images on Adobe Stock I wonder? This is a paid service and I don't expect such errors in images from Adobe Stock. Please take appropriate action.
