I purchased this image as JPEG and vector and the quality is really bad.

I thought it might have just been the preview that was bad but when I downloaded the high res, it was equally bad.

I can confirm this:

This is an autotraced image, and it is not of a really great quality.

 

I suppose that @Contributor1 will chime in and will refund your lost credit. You will need to check a different asset.
