Problem downloading Graphics in Adobe Stocks

I just want to ask regarding downloading with Adobe Stock there's an error pop up regarding loading with libraries..why this is happen..i can't download graphics from adobe stock..

    I'm sorry you're having issues.  What happens when you try and view all libraries with the button on the error message.  Is it just one library that you're having issues with?  Is this a recent issue?  Were you able to get to the libraries before?
