Problem with Adobe creative cloud

I am an Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber. The plan says that Adobe Stock is included, but when I log in it asks me to subscribe. Does this happen to anyone else? Has anyone resolved it?

Standard Creative Cloud subscriptions do not include Adobe stock. There are several Teams or Enterprise subscriptions options that include Adobe stock. If that is the case, you could contact your plan administrators to check with them what is wrong.

For individual subscribers, there is, as of my knowledge, no subscription, including access to Adobe stock. Adobe Express has access to Adobe stock, however, under limited licenses. If you are referring to this, you will need to license with Adobe Express and you can use the asset only in Adobe Express.

Hi there,

in what way should it be included in your subscription? As a flatrate, or a credit pack? And what does it say on the stock page? Do you have the option to change profile when you click on your profile picture on the top right?

Are you an individual subscriber or via a company?

Sorry, many questions...
