Problem with music download

Hi, I have the same problem. I am not able to download the audio files. This is the first time I am downloading an audio file. There is no problem with downloading images and videos. I had contacted twitter adobe support and care, and they gave me adobe support link to get help. My adobe Id is benezer.Latheef@ue-germany.de

Yes, but is it still an issue? There are, from time to time, temporary issues like this happening.

Also: can you change to a different browser, to see if it is a browser issue.

Sorry für meinen sehr späten Einwurf. Ist Dein Problem jetzt gelöst? Es könnte sein, dass Dein Abo keine Sounddateien beinhaltet. Das erfährst Du bei Deinem Admin (müsste ein Mitglied Deiner Organisation sein).
