I need accurate information regarding the rejection of a set of photos where the reason for rejection is quality. What exactly does that mean on this set of photos so I know what I need to fix?

053A9791.jpg is underexposed. No detail in her uniform (same with others).

053A9791.jpg You need to remove the logo. It also looks tilted.
