Re: Adobe Stock Image Refund

Hi. This set of icons is uploaded under two different image ID's; #641892173, only available as JPEG and #641892519, available as JPEG *and* AI (as it should be considering it is even presented as editable and an obvious vector graphic). I, of course, downloaded the first one for a project never thinking it was only a JPEG download. Then I saw the other one when it popped up after I checked [vectorized] in the filters.

The producer have uploaded loads of icon sets, so I hope there isn't some sort of hustle going on. It would be a good idea for Adobe to look through so there isn't more double files with different file numbers than those mentioned above.

I also would like the credit refunded. Thanks.

Hello @Wistedt, I see the issue you're referencing and I've added a credit back to your account. I'll send these details to be reviewed internally. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the vector.

This contributor makes two errors, one is a violation of the contributor rules, as it is not allowed to upload tge same asset twice or more times. And obviously, the JPEG file does not have an editable stroke. All vector assets can also be downloaded as JPEG and for newer assets (like this) as a PNG, if there is a transparent background.

A second error is that this contributor limits the use of his assets, by not providing the icons on a transparent background. But that is a choice they have to assume. It's not a violation of the terms.

All JPEG duplicates need to be removed, just to avoid what happened to you.

Including a spelling error...

perhaps @Contributor1  can refer these back to the moderation team.
