This is the best place to report bad assets, purchase or not. Contributo1 will be able to look into this

I appreciate your help, but my larger topic is Adobe needs to allow users to permanently toggle OFF AI images in their searches.

Post the asset number here. In addition to receiving your refund, Adobe can investigate the account in question and remove either the asset itself or the entire account if other errors are discovered.
