Refund for premium plan credits on accidental licence

I've had a team member purchase 3 x premium images at 32 credits each, unaware that these weren't covered by our plan. To add injury to insult, none of the 3 images are now being used.

Am wondering if there is a way to block premium image access from our account and if there is any way Adobe would restore these credits on the proviso that we delete all record of these images?

You can set a filter, but unfortunatly its not sticky:

However, for every asset costing more than one credit, users get asked a confirmtion. You should train your users not to answer those questions blindly with "yes". Unfortunately, Adobe does not offer admins (for Teams and Enterprise plans) the possibility to configure a more limited access to stock.

Unfortunately we only have filter to include "Premium Only". Thanks for the great suggestion. I will make sure to deliver it to our product team.

Many thanks for your assistance with this. Will remove these assets from our records.

Also, is there any way to add a filter to the images we see, so premium images aren't listed in the search results?

Credit granted.

Hello, Ian777. I have granted you plan credits in the system. Please note that this is a one time offer and the credit will expire in 1 year. Also, you should not use the accidently licensed assets anymore and should delete them right away.
