Report inappropriate image marked as Safe Search

apparently we're supposed to PM adobe to report an image, but the message wouldn't send when I tried to PM an adobe employee (is there an official avenue to report images?)

 

this is the image: FILE #:  588716402
It is marked as Safe Search even though you can see their private parts.
