Whether it’s a poorly traced or GenAI (spoiler alert it is GenAI), it is unusable as a vector and must be removed or flagged.

And the slopper in chief behind this seems to create hundreds of equally unusable images that pollute Adobe Stock and shouldn’t be allowed on here:
