Stock file not editable

Hello folks,

i've downloaded File 575072874, which is named "Water electric splash logo reveal fully editable template.".

I'm pretty new to adobe stock, so i thought there may be something more after licensing it, but it seems the .mov file is all i can get. Unfortunatley this means this isn't a template at all (seems to be common with the files provided by "Designation"). Is there a way to get my credits back, since it isn't really useable that way?
