Stock image "not linked"

Hello,

I have purchased and downloaded two vector files in Adobe Stock. The asset IDs are #2015102521 and #2015105687. When I open them in Adobe Illustrator, I receive an error that says, "could not find linked file." It appears the graphics for both of these files were linked rather than embedded, and as a result, the files are empty. Please advise.
