Subscription problems

Hello,

I have a subscription to Adobe Stock photos, but when I go to download an image I only get the options "try the free version to purchase this image" or "buy extended license to purchase this image". Why do I get these options when I already have a supscription, and should be able to download images?

Hope someone can help me 🙂
