Super frustrated not being able to access the full length video of a adobe stock clip I licensed.

I have an adobe stock subscription and I tried to download a video. It's advertised as over 13 minutes and 29 seconds. When I download it it only gives me the 5 second preview shown on the site. When I open it in premiere's library window and download it from there (shows as already licensed) it still only gives me a 5 second version. So frustrated and have no idea how to access the full length of the clip I purchased.
