Hello, this is my first time posting here, but I was hoping someone could help me understand this situation or let me know if this has happened to anyone else. To give a bit of context: in February, I decided to start the free trial for Adobe Creative Cloud, and then I made my first payment in March. However, I don’t understand if I'm being charged twice or if it’s a single charge that includes Adobe Stock — because at no point did I choose, want, or sign up for that Adobe plan. Could someone please help me out?

You agreed on that plan. Check your e-mails. Adobe does not piggypack you a separate plan. You did tick the 30-day free test subscription for Adobe stock, but you failed to see that the subscription needs to be cancelled during the free time, or at latest during the first 14 days of your paid subscription.

You may contact customer care to see, if they can do something for you.

No, if it were a student plan, it would be $19.99, but what I really want to resolve is the Adobe Stock issue, because I never intended to acquire it, and I don’t think it’s fair to have to pay around $140 to cancel a plan that I never wanted or agreed to in the first place.

I haven’t done it yet — could you help me figure out how to request support?

Do you have a student plan for Creative Cloud? Because the price for the Stock plan looks ok, but the price for the creative cloud plan is very low.

Adobe stock is a separate plan and should be invoiced separatly. But I understand from your screenshot that you are confused. I'm confused too.
