The limit on sending photos for verification has been blocked for more than a week.

Hello. I have some problems with my account Adobe photostock.

Problem one: 20 photos are stuck in verification, some of them have been there for more than 8 months.

Problem two: I haven't been able to submit photos for review for over a week; it says the limit has been exceeded.

How to fix this?

On the in review tab, scroll down (reduce the size of your browser window if necessary) and you will see a "delete" link. Select the files you want to delete. It's recommended you copy, paste and save your titles and keywords to a note pad or something so that re-submission is a less painful process.

After 3 or 4 months, we suggest deleting stuck assets and resubmitting them with new file names, so that they are treated as new. In my experience, if the file name isn't changed, they end up right back at the bottom of the pile.
