The "transparent background" video I just spent 8 credits on is not transparent.

FILE #: 535769840 is a misleading stock asset. It says it has a transparent background but the grey checkerboard background is baked into the video and impossible to remove with After Effects. Would like those 8 credits back.

(Information I have from a few months ago)

Officially, a codec with a transparency channel is not supported, but accepted. Unfortunately the transparency channel gets lost when Adobe creates the HD version from the 4k video.

      Good to know @daniellei4510! If it was green screen at least I could remove it but I can't do much with that checkerboard.

      @Contributor1 should be able to take a look. Based on what I've read here, there are no videos with transparency available on Adobe Stock.
