Trying to purchase two stock videos. Getting an error message "We're sorry, but a system error..."

Getting error: "We're sorry, but a system error occurreed. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service."

I have not received any emails, I have tried again, can cannot find a customer service contact anywhere.

Anyone have this issue?
