Two "vector" images made with AI, but not marked as AI

I dowloaded two "vector" images from Adobe Stock, using the right filters, they are not marked as AI generated, but when I see them I can note that they have made with an image tracing tool. The images are #855894220 and #550043535. 

The contributor (designer) provided false information and Adobe didn't review the image quality. I want my credits returned because the images are not useful for me.
