Unable download stock images with free trial

I signed up for the free Stock trial with 10 images, but I am unable download any images from the trial. Currently the option to  "Download free with trial" does not appear however the account states it is signed up for the free trial.

What asset are you trying to license?

 

What does https://account.adobe.com/plans show? Does it show an Adobe stock plan?

There won't be an option showing "Download with free trial", you will have only the "Licence" button.

The free trial is a standard 10-assets-per-month subscription, that is free for the first month, and converts to a for pay subscription if not cancelled before the end of the free trial.

The licence button tries to charge a cost for the asset despite it being a
free trial subscription. How can this bug be resolved?
