Unable to change the default Stock library

Unable to change the default Stock Library. If I try saving the image again, the Library disappears. Also, if I select "My Library," it doesn't load and the screen just turns white (blank). If I refresh, it goes back to the home screen. Going to https://assets.adobe.com/libraries only allows you to view the libraries; not select a new default Library.

 

I've done multiple things to no avail:

  • Refreshed my screen
  • Logged out and logged back in
  • Tried both Chrome and Safari
  • Completely rebooted my laptop

 

Please let me know if there is a resolution I'm unaware of or if Adobe realizes this is an existing problem that started about 2 months ago.

What kind of subscription do you have? Teams/Enterprise or individual. 

 

Did you change the computer for a test? It is not a general issue, so I suppose it has to do something with your user profile on your computer.
