unable to download assets from adobe stock and its already included in my plan

Hi 

I'm unable to download any image or Vector from adobe stock even its already included in my plan.

If you are on an Enterprise or a Teams subscription, your first question should go to your plan administrator, as he may have the right answers to your questions. The plan administrator is a compony internal. A good guess would be IT, even that for my company that would be me (but IT would relay the person to me). 

 

Only if the administrator cannot answer the question, (preferably) they should ask for advice. That's the most effective for the user.

 

(You may always ask here if you are unsure about the path to follow, however. There is never the absolute solution to all problems)

Hello Garvit31654454z05d, sorry you are experiencing this. It seems you team admin is adjusting your org subscription. Please check with team admin for the changes. 
If the changes are done and you still can't download the assets, ask your team admin to un-assign and re-assign you to the correct product.
