I have tried downloading several audio file previews over several days and each time I get an error message that reads "For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly."

I am on Windows 11 and am using Microsoft Edge for Business Version 131.0.2903.63 (Official build) (64-bit).

My enterprise plan does not currently have access to audio files or video files, however I am able to download previews of video files and I would like to be able to download audio previews as well. We are considering purchasing credit packs and one thing I wanted to make sure of before doing that is that I would be able to download video and audio preview files.

Hi @defaultd8uqrih1x6f4, after a thorough investigation, it seems that you are part of an enterprise org that does not have access to audio files. Apologies once again.

I've cleared the browser cache and logged out and back in to my account and I'm getting the same error message as I did before: "For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly."

@defaultd8uqrih1x6f4 - the issue should be resolved. Could you please clean browser cache and try to download audio preview again?

I'm using an enterprise profile and it has not worked previously. The first time I tried it was about two weeks ago and I've gotten the same error message each time I've tried.

Hello @defaultd8uqrih1x6f4 - apologies for the inconvenience. Are you using a personal profile or an enteprise? Was it working previously?
