Unable to Download Stock Images

For reasons unknown, Adobe froze our Adobe Stock account. The popup window says our billing info needs to be updated, but everything is correct and the automatic payments are current. When I reached out, they said it was a problem on their end and they would "expedite" the issue. It would be fixed within 72 hours. It has now been 7 days. When I reach out to them, they again tell me that it has been "expedited" and I should just wait for their email. In those 7 days, it actually got worse in that all our unused assets completely disappeared. We had some 83 and were planning on using many of them in late summer and early fall. What in the world is going on? Has anyone else run into this? I am completely flummoxed as to why this is such a challenging fix.

Contact them again, and ask to speak to a supervisor. Be sure to have your case numbers by hand.

 

If that does not solve the issue, maybe @EvilBug1 has an idea on what is going on.
