Subject: Unable to Start Free Trial – Payment Issue

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am trying to sign up for the free trial of Adobe Stock using my friend's credit card. I have entered all the details correctly, and the card has sufficient balance. However, I keep receiving this error message:

"We're unable to approve your transaction at this time. Please check the information you've entered below to make sure everything is accurate. If you continue to have trouble, please try a different card or contact Learn & Support for help."

I have verified all the details, but the issue persists. Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can successfully activate my free trial?

@jagadeesh_3312 - looks like the credit card is getting rejected. Unfortunately this might be caused by multiple reason . If possible , could you please try with another credit card and see if that works? Thanks!!

The subscription you are looking for may not be available in your region. Be sure that the card's region and your region are the same, or it won't work. As an example, you can't use a British credit card to buy a subscription in Germany.
