Urgent Help Needed: Contributor Account Locked in 2FA Loop After Device Format

Hello everyone,

I am an Adobe Stock Contributor (Displayed Name: byerenyerli) and a digital entrepreneur. Recently, I had to format my computer and phone, which unfortunately resulted in me permanently losing access to my Google Authenticator and primary registered email address. Therefore, I am completely blocked from accessing my contributor panel and cannot access my verified trade portfolio or earnings. I am an individual with health issues and unable to work normally. Stock content creation is my primary source of income.

I have already contacted General Live Chat Support (I have the case email code and live support redirection. However, they are passing the buck to each other). The supervisor stated that they do not have the technical authority to modify contributor accounts from their panels and directed me to contributor email support. However, when I emailed them, I received an automated response telling me to return to the Help Center chat. I am currently stuck in a frustrating bureaucratic loop between departments, and my livelihood is at risk. Also, the person in charge on live support says they cannot help. It said to log in with my Gmail and change my password. Annoying.

As someone who studies software development myself, I fully understand and respect Adobe's strict security protocols. I'm not looking for a way to patch a security vulnerability. I'm looking for the correct way to manually perform the authentication process. I am fully prepared to provide official National ID documents, etc., to prove my legal ownership, as well as RAW/source files of my stock videos and screenshots of my linked Payoneer account payment history, etc.

Could an Adobe Community Manager or Moderator please forward my case (00517032) to the Adobe Account Security Team or a Senior Manager with the authority to handle manual authentication for content creators?
