Video stock image 415309882 is corrupted.

Hi,

I purchased this video clip for a project:

When I downloaded it the file is corrupted and wont play for the full length. Should be 17 seconds but freezes after only a second. I have tried downloading it multiple times but no different. 

I had downloaded the preview the video previously which played fine, then the purchased download was corrupted. 

Please could I request a refund and the video to be fixed or removed asap.
