Wie Pack-Credits vor Abo-Credits verbrauchen?

Ich habe eine Erinnerung zu verfallenden Credits aus einem Credit-Pack erhalten (wir haben noch 6). Gleichzeitig läuft auch ein Abo (hier verfügen wir noch über 22 Credits). Lade ich nun Bilder herunter, gehen diese nur von den Abo-Credits ab und nicht aus dem Credit-Pack.

Wie kann ich die Credit-Pack-Credits zuerst verbrauchen?

Thank you, it worked out! I used all the remaining credits and you could switch back to the Abo.

Please try now. I've temporarily deactivated your subscription quota. The system may override this which is why it may not work. You should only see credit packs in the quota counter when you sign in.

Thank you for your feedback @Kassenärztlic31008319rvu7. I've created a ticket for our product team to review this policy as it is a complaint we've heard before. Are there some assets you have in mind that you wish to license with your credits? I might be able to make a temporary change to allow you use your credit packs but it is not an ideal situation and it may not work. We can collaborate to see what happens.
