Hi,

I've bought too fast, read "fully editable" and clicked.

This is not editable mov file. How can I request the points back?

The movie: AdobeStock_780270908.mov

Thanks

Maciej

That can't work for mov files. They would need to be mogrt templates to be editable. @Contributor1, there are a number of other mov assets in this contributors portfolio with the same problem.

@Maciej22996748mobi, I suppose that @Contributor1 can refund you the credits. If you do not like to wait for him to intervene, feel free to contact customer care.
