I have been trying to make short, animated videos from voice files using the "Animate Characters" feature but keep receiving the error message: "We were unable to contact our service. Please try again later. (Error code: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR)."

I can't use Animate from characters I either get "INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR" or it's stuck on "Waiting in the queue"

Hello, the same problem for me ... i try to use a sound.mp3 and doesnt work ..
After 2 min to wait this message : Internal Server Error.
And nothing after that .. Please help me

Hello community, can you tell me how to fix Adobe Express connection issue. I'm not sure why it is suddenly having more and more problems like this over the last week I've started using it. I have a premium membership but I'm using the free adobe express. Do I have to switch over or something? I cannot see any switches. I tried quitting and starting again but makes no difference.

Adobe might be updating something.

I occassionally get "You are Offline" message on the screen.
This occassionally happens.

hello why can't I convert sound to video? Usually I often do this but since last week I can't. I've moved devices, networks, and audio. but still can't. Please help me. Thank You
