Adobe Express: Animate Characters - Internal Server Error

Yes, still experiencing the same failure. I just tried to create a recording and go tthis message:

The feature was disabled temporarily, but has now been re-enabled. We are are continuing to investigate lingering failures. Are you still experiencing them?

What do you mean by having turned the feature off? Adobe Express still has this on:

I'm trying to use the Animate Your Voice feature but I keep getting a message that says "Internal Server Error" after I record and the video is being processed. Any ideas why this is happening?
