@Tarun Saini I sent the email to Amitej as he asked me to respond in an email with the cloud file around 8days ago but I have not hear from him, I have sent you a personal message with the HAR file link.

You can upload the HAR log files to a cloud storage link and share that link with us to download the files and share them with our product team.

How can I send the file to you as it doesn't have the option to attach HAR file, it says not allowed.

I'd like to report a bug. I get this message every time I click on a template. I have downloaded a HAR file from one of my browsing sessions. I also have a screen recording for this error.

Every time i open Adobe express i keep getting a warning that says refresh, but every time i refresh the same warning pops up

I'm using express from beta version but last 2days it shows error. but my network working fine. only this site not loading properly.. i tried some solution :

  1. Tested in incognito/private browsing mode
  2. different browser (chrome,brave,edge)
  3. Clear cache (site)
  4. log out & login
  5. My connection speed.

The final fix for us was creating an Adobe policy using the "allow" list provided by Adobe at this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
